Wellesley Society of Artists Online Exhibition

The Wellesley Society of Artists 2020 Spring Online Show, our first virtual exhibition, featured the work of 55 WSA Member Artists, was viewed by more than 1,000 website visitors, and generated hundreds of community votes for a People’s Choice Award poll. We are thrilled that this new show format enabled us to grow our mission to encourage local artists and simultaneously promote fine arts in our community.

Moving our exhibition online also enabled us to engage two British artists from renowned U.K. art societies to serve as jurors of our show. Please visit our Award Winners Gallery page to read their informative critiques of each of the winning pieces of art.

Community voters selected Maria Babb’s “Looking for a Prince” as the Peoples Choice Award winner.

In lieu of cash prizes, the WSA made a donation to the Wellesley Food Pantry.
