Hannah Nersasian paints playful birds, bugs and animals using Oil Pastels and/or Acrylic. She often paints on vintage sheet music and finds inspiration through the musical direction – swooping phrasing inspires a grasshopper jumping; fortissimo a noisy seagull. Many of her paintings are intended to interact with each other once displayed – most recently her ‘Hunter – Prey’ series where a Hunting Barn Owl was paired with a Tiny Mouse, a Wolf with a Red Cape, a Heron with a Frog and a Seagull with an Ice-cream. Originally from Somerset, England, Hannah moved to the USA in 2010 and now lives in Framingham with her husband, son and daughter. She sells her work on Etsy under the shop name Wyld Woodland Art.
