Rosalind Palter

Rosalind is a watercolorist and intrigued by the inherent transparency and movement of the medium. She has studied with artists Suzanne Binnie, Paul Alie and Sally Meding. In addition, Rosalind is a professor of interior design and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
