For WSA Exhibiting Members ONLY 

• The Annual Library Show runs November 1- 30 at the Wellesley Free Library in the James E. Mahoney Foyer and the Wakelin Room.
• All WSA exhibiting members are invited to register for this show. The online registration form is available on the WSA website on the Member Home Page. Online registration is encouraged by clicking the  “Online Registration Form”. 
• Artists are allowed one registration each and the fee is $20.
• Size limitation for this library show is 900 square inches which includes the frame.
• PLEASE read the WSA juried exhibition policies .  
• Artwork that is not properly framed will not be accepted.
• The library commission for show sales is 10% . The WSA does not take a commission.
• It is important to take a good picture of your artwork in case you win an award and for show publicity. Please label the jpeg file, last name_ title_ dimension.jpg. Send jpegs to Nancy Treves ntreves@mac.com.
• The judge for this show is artist/educator Julie Beck. There will be cash awards for first, second, and third place, up to four honorable mentions (non cash) and two additional cash awards the Margaret Fitzwilliam Award for Excellence in Watercolor and the Yale Nicolls Award for Best Interpretation of the Natural World will also be given.
• Artwork drop off is on November 1 from 9:30am -10:30am at the Wellesley Free Library located at 530 Washington Street. If you are not able to drop off during this time, please contact another WSA member, ask a friend, or contact one of the show chairs in advance to make arrangements. There will be a brief Annual Member’s Meeting at 9am, so we hope you can come early. 
• The awards reception is on Saturday, November 23, 1:30-3:30pm . Awards will be announced and there will be an artist demonstration/talk, “ Changing Your Scale: Re-Vision in Landscape Painting” with Hilary Osborn.
• Artwork pick up is Saturday November 30, 9:30-10:30am
