Artwork Registration is for WSA Exhibiting Members Only

REGISTRATION AND
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SHOWS

  1. Fill in the Exhibition Registration Form below with artist information, artwork details, and your $20 registration fee payable by either credit card or PayPal. Registration is complete after you pay.
  2. Take a good picture of your artwork unframed. Send via email a JPEG of your artwork to Nancy Treves (ntreves@mac.com). Label the file: Lastname, Firstname_Title_Dimensions. JPEGs are used for publicity.
  3. All artwork must be dropped off and picked up at the designated times. If you are unable to drop off or pick up at these times, check to see if another member can help you, or contact the show chairs.

Also remember to:

  1. Please carefully review the WSA, Inc. Exhibiting Policies  and Framing Tips. Contact show chairs if you have a question.
  2. Make sure your artwork is framed properly. Artwork that is not framed properly will not be accepted.
  3. Please make sure your name and artwork title are clearly written on the back of the artwork.

Membership Renewal and New Member Signup

Membership Renewal

December is membership renewal month. Membership runs January - December. All membership renewals are due by January 2nd. If you do not plan to renew your membership, please email wsaartists@gmail.com and let us know. Exhibiting Member dues are $50 ($52 with processing fees) and Associate Member Dues are $20 ($21 with processing fees).

How to Renew

  1. Fill in the Membership Renewal Form below with contact information, volunteer interests, and your membership renewal fees payable by either credit card or PayPal.
  2. "Exhibiting Members" pay an annual renewal fee of $52, and  "Associate Members" pay an annual renewal fee of $21. (Note:  The amount due includes the PayPal processing fee.)
  3. Please retain Paypal receipt for tax purposes.

New Member Signup

We welcome new members! If you've read our Join the WSA page and are ready to sign up, please use the New Member Signup Form below.

Note: All “Exhibiting Member” applicants must receive written notification from the WSA jury committee before submitting their new member form and payment.

Associate Members are welcome to join anytime; simply submit the new member form and payment.

How to Use the New Member Form

  1. Fill in the New Member Form below. If you are an “Exhibiting Member,” be sure to complete the Legal Release portions at the bottom and sign and submit your membership fee by either credit card or PayPal.
  2. "Exhibiting Members" pay an annual renewal fee of $52, and  "Associate Members" pay an annual renewal fee of $21. (Note:  The amount due includes the PayPal processing fee.)
  3. Please retain Paypal receipt for tax purposes.
  4. If you are an Exhibiting Member, a gallery page will be created when you have completed this process.
