Online Exhibition Registration 

  1. Fill in the online Exhibition Registration Form. Press Submit to send it to the WSA, Inc. and follow the second step to pay the $20 registration fee using a credit card, PayPal, or Zelle. Checks can be mailed to: WSA, PO Box 812148, Wellesley, MA 02482.
  2. All artwork must be dropped off and picked up at the designated times. If you are unable to drop off or pick up at these times, check to see if another member can help you, or contact the show chairs.

Also remember to:

  1. Please carefully review the WSA, Inc. Exhibiting Policies  and Framing Tips. Contact show chairs if you have a question.
  2.  Make sure your artwork is framed properly. Artwork that is not framed properly will not be accepted.
  3. Take a good picture of your artwork unframed before dropping it off. We may need to have it in case you win an award!
  4. Please make sure your name and artwork title are clearly written on the back of the artwork.

Membership Renewal 

December is membership renewal month. Membership runs January – December. All membership renewals are due by January 2nd. If you do not plan to renew your membership, please email wsaartists@gmail.com and let us know. Exhibiting Member dues are $50.00 and Associate Member Dues are $20.00.

Online Membership Renewal

  1. Fill in the online Membership Renewal Form. After you fill in the form, press submit to send the form to the WSA, Inc. and then press “Pay Member Dues”, fill in your credit card information, press submit to make the payment online with PayPal or you can also pay by using Zelle. Checks can be mailed to: WSA, PO Box 812148, Wellesley, MA 02482
  2. Use the designated PayPal button to pay your annual $51.40 renewal fee for “Exhibiting Members” or a $20.91 renewal fee for “Associate Members.” (Note:  The amount due includes the PayPal processing fee.) Please retain Paypal receipt or cancelled check for tax purposes.

New Member Form

All “Exhibiting Member” applicants must receive written notification from the WSA jury committee before submitting their new member form and payment. Associate Members are welcome to join anytime, simply submit the new member form and payment.

Online New Member Form

  1. Fill in the online New Member Form. If you are an “Exhibiting Member,” be sure to complete the Legal Release portions at the bottom and sign. Press Submit to send it to the WSA, Inc.
  2. Use the designated PayPal button to pay your $51.40 membership fee for “Exhibiting Members”  or $20.91 membership fee for “Associate Members.” (Note:  The amount due includes a PayPal processing fee.) You can also pay by using Zelle and checks can be mailed to: WSA, PO Box 812148, Wellesley, MA 02482 
  3. Please retain Paypal receipt or cancelled check for tax purposes.
  4. If you are an Exhibiting Member, a gallery page will be created when you have completed this process.
